By using the services of Calabasas Pawz Inn, you agree to the following terms:
1. Health & Vaccinations
To ensure the safety of all guests, all pets must be current on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella) prior to check-in. Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet showing signs of illness or parasites.
2. Check-In & Pick-Up
Hours: Please adhere to our posted business hours for drop-off and pick-up.
Late Pick-Up: Pets not picked up by closing time may be subject to a late fee or an additional night’s boarding charge.
Abandoned Pets: Any pet not picked up within 7 days of the scheduled date without communication will be considered abandoned in accordance with California law.
3. Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, Calabasas Pawz Inn will attempt to contact the owner or the emergency contact provided. If we cannot reach you, you authorize us to seek veterinary care. All costs associated with emergency care are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
4. Liability
While we provide the highest level of care, Calabasas Pawz Inn is not liable for illness, injury, or loss of a pet unless caused by gross negligence of our staff.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive customer care messages from Pet care by Val LLC DBA Calabasas Pawz Inn. Message frequency may vary. On average, you may receive 1-2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
