We do not have public restrooms on site.
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP TIMES
To ensure uninterrupted attention and care for each client, drop-offs and pick-ups are scheduled by appointment.
Drop-offs and pick-ups are scheduled in 30-minute increments to ensure that every guest and pet parent receives a proper greeting and thorough departure briefing.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please text 818-423-6761 and wait for a new time to be confirmed.
- Early Drop-Off: The earliest drop-off is 7:00 AM with a $20 early drop-off fee (must be pre-arranged; not same-day).
- Late Pick-Up: The latest pick-up is 7:00 PM with a $20 late pick-up fee (must be pre-arranged).
Please do not arrive without a confirmed appointment because we may not be able to accommodate you.

- FOOD LABELED WITH YOUR PET’S NAME (PREPORTIONED WHEN POSSIBLE)
- MEDICATIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONTAINERS WITH YOUR PET’S NAME
- TREATS OR PILL POCKETS, IF NEEDED
- WORN CLOTHING WITH YOUR SCENT FOR COMFORT (OPTIONAL)
- MEASURING CUPS FOR FEEDING (IF THE FOOD IS NOT PREPORTIONED)

PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Please park in the designated space, remain in your vehicle, and scan the QR code displayed on the parking sign to complete our check-in process.
