We do not have public restrooms on site.

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP TIMES

To ensure uninterrupted attention and care for each client, drop-offs and pick-ups are scheduled by appointment.

Drop-offs and pick-ups are scheduled in 30-minute increments to ensure that every guest and pet parent receives a proper greeting and thorough departure briefing.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please text 818-423-6761 and wait for a new time to be confirmed.

Please do not arrive without a confirmed appointment because we may not be able to accommodate you.

PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Please be patient as we gently gather your pet and items

STEP 1

Please park in the designated space, remain in your vehicle, and scan the QR code displayed on the parking sign to complete our check-in process.

STEP 2

Please give us a few minutes. Once your check-out is received, one of our care providers will bring your pet and their belongings to you.
